Hello, I'm Zahimisa K, a male home carer with a passion for helping others lead independent lives. With a focus on hourly care, I come equipped with experience in supporting individuals with Mild Cognitive Impairment, Parkinson's Disease, anxiety, depression, and those who are bedbound. My skills include bathing, toileting, dressing assistance, catheter care, and providing companionship to those in need.
Although I am unable to drive and do not own a car, my dedication to caregiving remains unwavering. I find immense joy in engaging with clients and assisting them with their daily tasks. My caring and friendly nature allows me to establish meaningful connections with those under my care, creating a supportive and nurturing environment for them to thrive.
Outside of caregiving, you can find me indulging in hobbies such as walking, cooking & baking, gardening, socializing, and watching TV. I have a soft spot for dogs and thoroughly enjoy spending time with them. My motivation for being a caregiver stems from my belief in the importance of enabling individuals to maintain their independence while providing the necessary support and companionship they require.

Ziggy has been caring for my parents for over a year and we have noticed a marked improvement in their overall well-being. Ziggy is very attentive and thoughtful with his care of my parents. The house is always spotless and he makes sure that when the weather is suitable my dad is taken for a walk which helps his mental health. Ziggy varies the food choices on a regular basis which my parents really enjoy.
